Stats: I’m 40, born in Denver Colorado and now live on the West edge of town with my Lovely Wife Sheri.
Occupation: For my day job I work for Sun Microsystems as a Backline Engineer supporting the Sun Java Systems Directory Server (that’s ldap to you and me). I also have a side business as a photographer which is how you got here. I spend my day troubleshooting ldap database problems for major customers around the world. I also wrote a specialized tracing toolkit called Dirtracer and Pkgapp to help troubleshoot these database issues.
Last Book Read: Snow Crash by Neil Stephenson
Currently Reading; The Diamond Age by Neal Stephenson (wow I really am behind in my reading, podcasts seem to take precedence).
I do love Science Fiction but am into the hardcore tech cyberpunk type stuff
Favorite Films: Wow there are so many to choose from but here are a few – Braveheart, Castaway, Gladiator,
Hero (with Jet Li), Jurassic Park (and its sequels), Lord of the Rings (etc.), Swordfish, Akira, Ghost in the Shell, The Incredibles, Groundhog Day, Amadeus, Million Dollar Baby, The Fifth Element, The Good The Bad and The Ugly, Unforgiven and Star Wars etc.
Favorite Restaurants: Ubon (Sushi), MeiLee’s (Thai Phx), Frasca (Boulder, Co), Dish (Edwards, Co).
Interests/Hobbies: Photography and everything associated with it (of course), Water skiing/Wake boarding, Snow Skiing, Hunting, Fishing, Camping, Aviation (RC and Military).
